WHO ARE WE?

Our firm was founded in April 2009 with the goal of supporting the internationalization of Portuguese and Brazilian companies.

As a great place to invest, study and live, Portugal is now one of the main investment destinations for North and South American investors. As such, we have since 2017 focused on investment consulting services helping foreign nationals invest in Portugal.

Our offices in Portugal, the UK, and Brazil have since 2017 handled over 100 individual investments for the Golden Visa scheme on behalf of Brazilian, North American, Asian, and African clients.

In addition to securing great real-estate investments, our consultants help investors with all bureaucratic elements including setting up a Portuguese tax account and securing great real-estate investments.

GOLDEN VISAS

Created in 2012, the Golden Visa program has already benefited more than five thousand investors.

With a real estate investment starting at €285 thousand, investors can benefit from a temporary five-year residence permit.

This can be converted to a permanent residence permit by the end of year five, and Portuguese nationality by the end of year six.

INVESTOR'S CLUB PORTUGAL

This club allows our clients to participate in Real Estate development projects in Portugal. These are mostly in the Lisbon, Porto and the Algarve regions.
